We personalize delivery of our programs to the candidate's needs. Each candidate starts our individual programs with a one-on-one consultation to work through the implications of the job change and to discuss direction. When the candidate has decided on direction and is ready to network, we provide group settings with opportunities to practice the exit statement and the 30-second pitch and share resources with peers.
You are encouraged to give us a call as soon as you begin to plan an outplacement event, whether it be for one individual or an entire plant. We have extensive experience with coaching our clients through the logistics and communication of this very difficult decision. While we don't provide legal advice, we bring years of experience with a wide variety of termination situations, and we can help you structure a notification event that helps all involved recover more quickly and achieve a positive outcome.
We are sometimes asked whether our services aren't redundant with those provided through the One Stop services of Workforce Development. In fact our services are distinct from those provided by Workforce Development, and by bringing us into the planning at a very early stage, we can help coordinate the involvement with Workforce Development, and include their representatives in communication to those affected individuals regarding training and other benefits that they can access through state and federal programs.
