Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP)
The Managerial Assessment of Proficiency (MAP) is a video-based assessment that objectively measures an individual's competency in 12 key managerial areas. MAP also assesses how the person’s style and workplace values influence his or her effectiveness in using the 12 competencies.
Following scoring of the assessment, participants receive feedback from a trained facilitator who guides the Individual Development Planning (IDP) process. The IDP is designed both for personal growth and increased organizational effectiveness.
