We begin that process with an introductory appointment to establish objectives, strategies, timetables, and fees for further meetings.
Our assessment tools include the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), the Profiles PXT (the Total Person Assessment), Career Anchors, the IDAK, Self Directed Search as well as various informal self assessments. We also use 360° tools with management level candidates when appropriate.
