These meetings provide executives and professionals in the $100K+ bracket opportunities to network with each other in a confidential setting for career and business leads. We provide both structured and unstructured networking opportunities in a setting where up to 20 executives and highly compensated professionals can interact in a confidential setting to share information and contacts that will assist each other in achieving their goals.

Assess Lending Other Seminar

History and research show that leaders make a real difference in the success or failure of any organization. Great leaders are capable of creating synergy among their team and motivating them to achieve great results. Yet, many managers are able to get only average results from their team.

Our new leadership development program, the ASSESS Leading Others Seminar, focuses on people leadership and how enhancing these capabilities can impact an individual’s organizational effectiveness.

This two and a half-day seminar is for supervisors and managers with responsibility for achieving business results through others. Using both 360-degree feedback from others in the workplace and personality-based assessment feedback, participants gain insight into their leadership behaviors and the underlying factors that will impact their personal leadership success. In addition, core people management skills are discussed and practiced. Participants are then guided through exercises to help them better evaluate the development needs of their team, both for growth in their current role and for succession planning purposes. Managers leave the seminar with clear action plans for their own development and the development of their direct reports.

The dates for the seminar are Oct 31st through Nov. 2nd, 2007, in Madison, WI. If you or someone in your organization would like to participate, please contact Clara Hurd Nydam at 608-274-2430 or click here to register. We will need your registration by Oct. 5th in order to allow sufficient time for you and your 360 feedback respondents to complete the necessary assessments.

Apprentice Wanna-Bes Would Benefit From Silence

"If ever there was a group who needed to learn to keep their mouths shut, last night's foursome in the Trump boardroom must be at the top of the list. Most executives realize that their best interviews result when they ask questions, listen carefully to the answers and keep their interviewer talking. The interviewer invariably walks away believing it was an excellent, intelligent meeting, and the candidate learns valuable lessons about the leader and the company."  •  Full Story
