All of our programs are supported by our On-Line Career Portal and CandTrak technology.
We provide programs at all level of service:
- Full office support for executives and professionals including daily contact.
- On-site support for employees who have been given WARN notification and retention bonuses. This service is designed to help you retain these valuable employees until their termination date while providing the notified employee with support and a strategy to achieve job placement as soon after layoff as possible.
- Search from home with face-to-face, one-on-one career coaching as needed through the transition.
- Group programs with one-on-one follow-up to personalize the resume and interviewing preparation.
