Because each consultant is working with fewer than 30 candidates at any time, a much lower ratio than our competitors, we are able to take the initiative to call or email candidates who are not as actively involved.
Rapid Response
We work with our client companies to begin services as soon after the announcement as possible. We encourage our clients to allow us to meet with outplaced individuals immediately after they are notified before they have to face their peers or family. This helps to ensure that we have made a connection and helps the individual to regain composure for a dignified exit. In situations where a plant or office is closing, our ability to put a team onsite to deliver services before termination has proven to help the employer retain key employees to their release date and help reduce the employee's stress in the face of their uncertain future.
Rapid Re-Employment
We have achieved between 60%-80% re-employment before the termination date on closing projects where the employer invited us onto the site to provide services from the day of the announcement.
