Leaders and their managers can use our technology portal to schedule, implement and track development action plans and to upload and download documents (scripts, emails, articles, etc.).
And that's only the beginning. Our complete human resources technology platform encompasses four programs: CoachTrak, CandTrak, SkillSoft and the Online Career Portal.
Our proprietary software, CandTrak and CoachTrak, allows our clients to track the progress of their referrals against milestones. This technology also provides a platform for assessment administration and measuring success. The CareerAdvantage online database provides detailed information and the ability to track leads on more than 2.5 million companies with more than six million contacts and executive recruiters throughout the United States and Canada. This comprehensive prospecting database allows you to manage your information and contacts online., schedule follow- up calls and next actions. The database helps you track news so that you can identify businesses that going through "triggering events" such as expansions, mergers, acquisitions, and are 10 times more likely to be hiring because of these events.
Career Workbook
The Career Partners International online Career Workbook and printed Career Transition Manual are integrated tools that complement each other and offer a comprehensive set of resources. Regardless of whether your employee is being served by Career Momentum Inc. consultants or one of our partners worldwide, they will work from the same basic set of tools. These tools are adapted by the local partners to account for regional differences, languages, and to provide local resources.

The Networking section allows candidates to contact other CPI career transition candidates and alumni. They can use this section to create a profile that can be viewed by others on the system and to look up and communicate with others who can help them with their job search.

The portal includes a proprietary listing of job leads from Career Partners Clients worldwide as well as a link to SimplyHired.com, a "crawler" which searches thousands of on-line job boards (such as Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, etc.), classifieds (such as Madison Newspapers on-line job listings) and company websites.

Career Links provides candidates with a comprehensive list of information about a variety of career-related information. These Internet hyperlinks provide information about career sites, fields of interest, publications, professional organizations, regional resources, and more.
