Bob Rasins | Senior Talent Management Consultant

Bob has a genuine passion for helping people develop, grow and succeed. He has over 30 years of executive business leadership experience in the consumer, retail, and wholesale industries. He has held various management positions including Chief Operating Officer and Division Vice President leading sales, human resources, marketing and administrative support teams of over 3000 people. He has personally recruited, hired, coached and developed hundreds of managers and senior executive leaders and has championed numerous key strategic business initiatives. Most gratifying for Bob is his talent development work including coaching executives and emerging leaders, leading employee engagement and organizational values efforts, implementing leadership development initiatives, and developing award winning customer sales and service relationship programs.​ Bob has learned over the years that even the best business strategies cannot be successfully implemented without having the right leadership and well engaged teams in place. He works with organizations and individuals at all levels to assess, identify and develop business, organizational, leadership, cultural, and relationship skills, that will drive high performance and produce sustainable results. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication from Northern Illinois University. Bob is a Career Partners International certified Senior Career Transition Consultant and New Horizons Coach.  He is an avid golfer (with poor results), a Badger football fanatic, loves the culinary arts and is a family man to his wife, his daughters and the golden retrievers. In the community, Bob has worked with The United Way, WPGA, Easter Seals, and the Wisconsin Education Decathlon.
